Alma ens fa fora de la sessió de forma inesperada i cal tornar a entrar. Aquest malfuncionament passa sovint, però no afecta a tothom. És per aquest motiu que en un principi semblava cosa d'uns equips concrets i no pas un malfuncionament d'Alma. Després de contactar amb el CAS per revisar uns equips concrets (Teresa Santos, Francisco Silva) ens recomanen que obrirm incidència amb Exlibris.

"Ex Libris Development has completed an initial assessment of this issue.
After taking into account a number of factors including impact, scope, technical complexity, functional prerequisites, and existing development priorities, Development has set a target for resolving this issue no later than March 2023.
Please note that this is a preliminary estimate only, and is subject to change due to ongoing review and assessment of development priorities.
We will notify you if there are any further changes to the target date.
If you have any questions, just add a comment to the case and we will provide additional information."
I am looking through the logs for the associated files and will update our Development Team if I can find anything, but will put the case back into "Pending Development" status so that automation does not miss any future updates.

Description:
Since September, we have experienced a constant end of the session while working in Alma. The software freezes and the session abruptly closes. The navigator (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera) can not establish a connection with Alma servers and gives us this message: There is not enough memory to process this page. Error code: Out of memory". We have also detected that Analytics needs a lot of time to show some statistics displayed in July in seconds. It is very urgent to solve this problem. In September the issue only affected a few people. Currently, this problem is happening to all of us.

Hem escalat aquesta incidència al CSUC per tal de fer més pressió. Ramon Ros parlarà amb els responsables de l'empresa. Beatriu Piera ha escalat també el case a Jan Hendricks, responsable tècnic del projecte Alma/CSUC.

L'equip d'Exlibris escala la incidència a l'equip de development. Resolen satisfactòriament el problema amb la release de desembre.
